Frequently Asked Questions
Order
Yes, shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required.
We only ship within the United States.
- Order cutoff time: 11:00 p.m. (ET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 4–6 business days
- Total Delivery time: 5-8 business days from order confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also track your order on the Order Tracking page .
If your order does not arrive within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@aveloire.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Products must be:
- unworn, unused,
- with tags and in original packaging,
- together with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products returned without prior notification will not be accepted.
Our returns are handled by an international logistics center:

We are working on launching an United States based returns address to simplify this process. Until then, we guarantee a fast and transparent service with full support in the United States.
No, we do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to return your package.
What products are non-returnable?
For hygiene or personalisation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- perishable products (e.g. food, flowers, plants),
- personalized or made-to-order products,
- hygiene products and cosmetics,
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
If you have any doubts about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The easiest way is to return the original product and place a new order for the correct size or model.
No, once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your shopping cart carefully before paying.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
We do not offer a statutory “right of withdrawal.” All returns are processed in accordance with our 30-day return policy.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll let you know via email if it's approved. If so, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days .
