Order Processing Time

Every order for in-stock products placed before 11:00 PM (ET) will be processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@aveloire.com.

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

If your order arrives damaged, please provide clear photos of the packaging and the affected item. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
