Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when delivered:

unworn, unused,

with original tags,
-
in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you further instructions regarding the return address and shipping method. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

hygiene products and cosmetics,

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
