The Beatrix boot is shaped by what has been removed. The shaft is scooped into a deep V at the front and dips again at the sides, so the boot sits below the ankle bone and leaves the leg line unbroken — the reason it works with a cropped jean where a taller boot would cut you short. The upper is a fine napped finish that softens the whole silhouette, seamed cleanly over a slim almond toe. Aveloire finishes it with a tasselled back zip and a low stacked heel in a warm natural tone.
