The Zoey boot rises to the knee in soft napped suede-look and gathers into deep folds down the shaft, so it moves with the leg rather than standing rigid against it. A long fringe falls from a beaded panel at the outer calf and swings a half-beat behind every step — the whole point of the boot, and the reason it needs no other decoration. Whipstitching traces the topline, the toe is drawn to a low western point, and Aveloire sets it on a stacked heel high enough to lengthen the leg and square enough to stay steady on gravel.
